Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart” Click "Check Out" in the pop up window. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method". Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen. Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.
Yes, by default we offer a 30-day warranty on all our products. If for any reason your product stops functioning due to normal use, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
Yes. Our products are 100% safe, and has been RoHS and CE certified to prove it. You can also browse our various reviews from previous customers to see its positive feedback below.
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at service@lephome.com and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
Yes! We ship to most countries.
For domestic shipments, we offer Standard Ground (3-7 days) and Priority (1-3 days). For international shipments, please visit our shipping policy page for more info.
All tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as the tracking information becomes available, usually the next day.
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we can only adjust it if your order is yet to be shipped. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed and shipped at noon local time. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address.
